The Tips - How to make more money

Choosing the right sites to join
It is relatively cheap and easy to open a PTC site, so new sites are popping up each day, all promising big earnings and often disappearing again before you can get even one payout. So it is important not to jump on every new program, but to set up some standards for yourself. How is the site design? Does it look cheap, or is it a mere copy of some other, successful site? Does the owner have other sites, and if so, how are they doing? Are the promised earnings realistic? Does the site have a support forum, and is the admin active there? All these are questions that may help you to decide if the site you are considering to join is worth your time and effort.

Investing in upgrades and referrals
Though you can earn some nice money by clicking yourself, the key to real success is gaining referrals. Most sites offer referral packs for purchase, and this can be an easy and convenient way to maximise your earnings, but you should be very careful here. Usually there is no guarantee that the referrals you bought are really active clickers, and you can never be sure that the site will stay online long enough that you can earn your investment back (see above). Another way to earn more is buying upgrades. Some sites offer very profitable upgrade options with more guaranteed links and higher ad values. If you really have confidence in a site upgrading can be worth it.

I suggest to take a part of your earnings and re-invest it into the sites that have already paid you and appear to be reliable - but that is a rather conservative approach. If you are more the gambler type, you may want to try your luck and invest your money in upgrades and referrals. Just stay careful, and don't get too greedy. It's easy to get carried away by all those tempting promises of future earnings. Never spend more money than you can afford to loose!

Referring new members to your sites
A less risky way to maximise your earnings is promoting to gain referrals. Depending on your skills and inclinations you can build your own website, use a ready-made template, write a blog or join a downline club. You can find all what you need on the Links Page.

There are many ways to promote your website. You can join some forums and put the link of your site into your signature. Other places to promote your programs are myspace, mylot, yuwie or chat-rooms. But never post your links directly, you can get banned for doing so! Put them into your signature or add your website to your member profile.

If you already have a little budget of course you can also buy some ads, some sites like Clixncash or Clicksia offer 1000 link-hits for only $3. Or, if you have no money but plenty of time, you can use the click exchanges some sites are offering.
